Hyooglom is the patron of alchemical and magical arts aimed at the creation of organic life. He lives in Boccob's Library of Lore, in which he has his own domain. His appearance is that of a wingless homunculus wearing a crown and a scepter, moving on a throne of animated flesh. This throne, which he never leaves, is adorned with vials filled with alchemical liquids, and pipes sometimes directly connected to his body.
.
CULT: The father of homunculi is only interested in the development of artificial biology, in all its forms. He encourages hybridizations and the creation of new species, and rarely cares about the ethics of the methods used: for Hyooglom, any creature born from a magical process is sacred.
Only magicians and alchemists fully devoted to this practice worship Hyooglom, and almost all of its followers are priests/magicians, sometimes mystic theurges. Nevertheless, the formulas associated with its attributions, such as the spell "Create Homunculus", explicitly refer to the demigod.
